Every Tuesday at about 9 a.m. the KFAT Morning Chaos has an animal from the Anchorage Animal Care and Control center in studio in an effort to get pets into a loving home. The Anchorage Animal Care and Control center has lots of different kinds of animals. It is definitely not just for Dogs and Cats! Like little Meranda the Guinea pig that we had on the show today! Guinea pigs make wonderful pets! They are very affectionate animals and make great companions. She is sweet likes being handled gently. If you are not quite ready for a dog or cat to own your home, a Guinea pig is a great introductory pet for anyone, and get this… She is only $5!!! Don’t forget to check out all the other pets that Anchorage Animal Care and Control has to offer.
